I’ve never known Rikki/Lee and never met her. I live in Sydney, when i decided to sell my property I went on google search and found her. We spoke in detail of what I wanted and she explained to me exactly we can do. I liked her ideas. She was understanding. She explained to me her strategy and and how much it was costing me. I liked her style and signed up with her. Everything took place over the phone and via email. She was very patient with me. She was right on her game. Denis is one of the nicest real estate agents you could ever find. Dedicated, professional and has the patience of a Saint. Selling your home is incredibly stressful, especially when you are older. Denise was responsive to our needs, polite (don't know how she managed that with some of the people who came to our place). She went over and beyond what we would have expected from an agent. Only complaint is that she is always busy and never has time to share a cuppa or glass of bubbles. Totally recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or purchase, you won't regret it.
