From our first meeting at an open house Luke has been very helpful in helping us find our new home. Once we did, he was great to deal with an facilitated a smooth sale with the seller. He and his team (great work by Cailtlyn) were so helpful and easy to deal with. I’ve dealt with a lot of other agents in the area and found Luke to be one of the best! We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Luke has been amazing throughout the purchase of our new home. Communication throughout the process was great, Luke calling just to check in and see if we needed anything. Luke is both friendly and professional and works very hard to go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I will see Luke without hesitation when we are ready to purchase our next property. Thanks for making the process so easy.

From our first meeting and thought out the sale of our property, he always keep us inform on the progress of the sale. His knowledge of the area and his general knowledge of the market ensured we experienced a quick sale at a price which exceeded our expectations. He was so easy to communicate with and help us with the process as this was our first experience of selling a house.

Luke took the reigns without being pushy and found the buyer. Polite and professional, well organised and a good communicator. The confidence he showed helped me relax and continue my work while he successfully completed his job.

Market knowledge is imperative to the seller, John has a vast and familiar history with our area of Loganholme which was a huge advantage of the sale of our property. He also kept us informed, open and very honest, punctual and courteous. We would have no hesitation in dealing with John and his team for any further property transactions.

We couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the service we received from Sharnelle and Kylie when selling our home. Both Sharnelle and Kylie are great at communication and their approach was professional and positive throughout the entire process. They are also very down to earth, easy going and really know their stuff. They give us an honest appraisal and gave us tips in relation to making our house look its best for future sale and they were spot on with their appraisal. Our property sold within a week of going on the market and we felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. We received multiple offers on the property and Sharnelle provided guidance through the negotiation process. The entire process was seamless and we would highly recommend both Sharnelle and Kylie to others who are looking to sell their property.

With John’s knowledge of the current market and his approach to marketing techniques, we were at ease from day one. We would have no hesitation in recommending him and using him again for the sale of our home.

I did some work in RE industry years ago, and was delighted to find Sharnelle was still in the business. I was happy to contact her for assistance to sell the family home when Dad moved to aged care. Sharnelle and Kylie were helpful and understanding during this difficult time, and very patient in not constantly calling while I got the place ready for sale. I appreciate the professional and compassionate manner Sharnelle showed when she met my elderly Dad to present offers. Once on market, we were blown away at how quickly the process of offers, contracts and sale happened. The price sharnelle helped us to achieve was much higher than we anticipated. Thank you Sharnelle and Kylie. We wish you and the New Owners all the best!

I’d approached Ben for an appraisal mid-reno & he struck me as a genuine guy. So, when it was time to sell I approached him again. He & his colleagues took me on a stress free journey - painless quick sale, handsome price and an early settlement. Couldn’t have been happier. Thank-you gentlemen.

Luke picked up his phone the first time we rang for a real estate opinion when we had called others, who didn’t. He was there within an hour. Luke is personable and honest. He followed what we wanted and sold the house to what we were happy with. He kept in touch and worked hard to sell the house. I would recommend Luke for everyone!
