I'm told that selling a home can be a difficult and emotional experience however this was NOT our experience..... Selling with Sharnelle and Kylie was just SO EASY! From appraisal to sale, Sharnelle took us with her on the journey; we were well informed at every stage along the (very short) way. No question was too simple or too difficult - it was just SO EASY (have I mentioned this already??). Thank you to Sharnelle and Kylie for organising the marketing of our property including co-ordinating the amazing photos that showcased our home beautifully and which we believe certainly contributed to the quick sale. Lastly, thank you also for the understanding of our request for a longer settlement to allow us to enjoy one final family Christmas in our home of many years. Your matter of fact yet friendly negotiating skills certainly enabled you to confirm this request with the new owners. We are very happy sellers who will have no hesitation in recommending Sharnelle AND Kylie to anyone and everyone seeking an EASY selling (or buying) experience. THANK YOU TEAM SHARNELLE!
