Had a fantastic experience with the sale of our property. Even though our property is something different than the normal property being a dual occupancy the handle of the sale was done with nothing but great knowledge, experience, and great enthusiasm to sell our place. Because of this we were able to get a buyer within the first open home we had. Could not recommend them more. Thank you to Ben for being such a fantastic support through this journey of the sale of the property

Thank you Luke for the successful and swift sale of our property. Luke was professional and communicated exceptionally throughout the entire process. A buyer was found and an offer was received prior to the property even going on the market. If you want results fast and a team that delivers to or above your expectations - Nathan & Luke are your agents!!

I have much pleasure in writing this review for Luke Van Wijk whom I first met when I needed to sell my home in Cornubia. My husband had recently passed after 40 years of marriage and Luke spent time with me patiently and sensitively explaining the current property market along with my marketing plan including the various financial marketing options I had. Together we choose the correct strategy. Luke was attentive and extremely informative having the necessary experience in the industry. As a slightly emotionally challenged vendor I felt confident in the decisions we were making and very informed. He was quick to answer any enquiries or concerns I had, kept me in touch as the sale progressed and conducted himself with the utmost professionalism every step of the way. The result was an extremely successful outcome. My home settled successfully of which I’m sure was assisted by Luke’s thorough approach. All my dealings with Luke throughout the duration of the sale and settlement process has been excellent. I sincerely recommend Luke’s services to any prospective clients fortunate enough to be involved with a thoroughly reputable and professional operator.

We could not have selected a better team to sell our family home. John, Ben and Jaana all went above and beyond from the very beginning of the sales process, listing our property online with amazing photos and a text description that brought a lot of attention to the sale. With so much interest and a signed contact in place within a few days, making it a pleasant and smooth flowing journey. I could not recommend John and his team highly enough. Thank you John, Ben and Jaana.

I could not recommend Luke more highly. Luke was caring and attentive throughout the entire process of selling our home. Despite us moving interstate and having to manage our property remotely, Luke provided us with so much support and we had a stress free experience in quite a complex situation. Luke has a thorough understanding of the market and his experience gave us peace of mind and the confidence we needed. A very personalised experience, we will always work with Luke in the future.

The whole experience we had with Luke was spectacular - from the moment we met him at the first open home and right up to settlement day. He was friendly, knowledgable and an all round nice guy. Would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a Real Estate agent who actually cares about you.
