I met John when I called Elders with a view to market our property ( Elders were our Property Manager for some years). John immediately contacted us and set up a meeting. John came across as very competent and knowledgeable of the market. He was very confident in advising the right price range and also his ability to arrange a buyer at a price we were happy with. His confidence was certainly not misplaced as we had a contract within 24 hours. We were very happy dealing with John as he came across as friendly, down to earth and honest. we would recommend John and Elders to anyone desiring to market their property.

We recently bought our first home in Shailer Park and had a wonderful experience with Ben Ive from Elders. We met John and Ben during our first open home viewing. During our chat with Ben there, we mentioned what kind of home we would like for ourselves. From there on, Ben remember what we had told him and shared details of 2 more properties with us. We loved both the homes and ended up buying the 2nd one ! Ben is an extremely friendly, likeable and approachable agent who knows this area very well, listens to you and loves talking to his clients. He happily answered all our questions and always responded to our emails/texts. We would highly recommend him !
