Nathan, Donna and Luke were very quick to get our investment property listed. They used their database to inform prospective buyers of our property and we believe the buyer came from their database. We were kept informed of what was happening via phone calls and an online tool that was linked to the conveyancor as well as Elders - it was very easy to use. The sale went through with no issues and we were all pleased it sold with no hassles. However we were extremely surprised not to get a phone call from Nathan on settlement until prompted by us to do so. We understand it was only an investment property but we thought a follow up phone call to say "all done and dusted, we'll drop a bottle of wine over to say thanks so much for helping make it such an easy sale." As a buyer through this company you are given a gift but financially you contribute nothing, as a seller you are charged a commission for their service (and rightfully so) and you have to ask for a phone call after the sale. Nathan and his Team are lovely people, they are friendly, enagaging and easy to chat to but I personally believe a few small tweaks in the after sales customer service department would go a long way in securing repeat business.

John and Ben (Ive) were a great team. Even though we were selling our house during the COVID-19 pandemic, and therefore initially could not have open homes, they adapted remarkably and managed to facilitate a large number of private inspections. They were both also very responsive during the whole process, and respectful of our needs, in addition to those of prospective buyers. Where John's experience really shone through, however, was during negotiations. He was able to provide excellent advice in regard to potential options for responding to prospective buyers, and as such negotiations went smoothly and quickly. We would definitely recommend John and Ben to others trying to sell their houses in the area.

Sharnelle ent to great length to make the whole process an enjoyable experience. Even after signing the contract she made sure we could access the property. Sharnelle didnt need to but it helped in the planning of the renos and made the process so much smoother. working with Sharnelle on the sale of my mother's property was the most comfortable experience I have had working with the real estate agent from the get-go Sharnelke knew the area knew the market was right on the mark with the price of the sale always kept up regular communication on a weekly report to all of our family. We cannot speak highly enough of Sharnelle James. We recently listed our property for sale with Sharnelle and it is now sold. This, in itself is due solely to Sharnelle’s dedication and hard work during difficult times (Covid 19). Sharnelle continually reviewed our position and adjusted our marketing as required to reflect the changing circumstances. A lot of thought was put into the campaign by Sharnelle and we were contacted every day with new ideas. Without that persistence from Sharnelle our house would still be on the market today. Sharnelle is extremely professional and her dealings with the buyer of our property assisted greatly in getting the right price for our house and the right conditions of sale.
