I have bought a couple of properties before and my most recent buy has been the easiest one to date My inspection of the property was met with a genuine and warm welcome John has a calming energy about him which makes you feel comfortable and at ease and coming from a building background he was able to give me some great ideas on at I could do with the place He was able to answer all my questions and provided me with the requested documents within hours of the inspection John has many contacts and didn't hesitate in giving me the details of a gun finance broker which pushed through my finance with ease and with plenty of time to spare considering I didn't have a pre aproval The communication throughout the buying process exceeded my expectations and to cap off a great buy, at the handover I was given my keys and a gift basket which was quite the surprise What agent does that?
