Nathan met with us to determine our expectations regarding price and style of sale. Marketing was done and open homes scheduled. Nathan was actively involved in these and sent us a briefing each week of who had been through the house and their comments. Once an offer was made, he provided advice on how to maximize the outcome for us. He was able to negotiate a shorter than normal Building and Pest and Settlement period.
