My family recently bought a property that was being marketed by Ben Ive and John Jessop from Elders Real Estate, Shailer Park. We were impressed with Ben and John from a buyers perspective, so we decided to go with them to sell our property. As we bought our new house before selling our existing property, Ben understood the urgency for us to sell the property but at no stage did he market it with that impression. Ben worked very hard to get us a sale at the best price possible and although we received a couple of contracts that fell thought, he continued to strongly market our property until the successful contract went through.
