My experience in the buying process of my new house was made easy dealing with Sharnelle. All my questions were answered. Sharnelle is very helpful and I would recommend dealing with her when purchasing or selling your next property. Regards Alan

John was very professional, down to earth and knowledgeable of the property market in Logan / Kingston area. John's patience through a tough finance approval and into settlement was relaxing. His connections in the local market of South Brisbane and communication throughout the whole process delivered certainty to acquiring a tenant immediately on Settlement. I highly recommend anyone seeking an agent to purchase a property to have a chat with John. Cheers

I chose John Jessop to be my agent in the sale of my Unit in Slacks Creek. I found John to be very professional and tells it as it is instead of trying to 'buy the listing'. It was important for me to understand the market as it was and not just what I would like to hear. Then I could make a realistic judgement on a fair sale price. John went in to bat for me to get my best price which resulted in the sale of my property. The whole process ran smoothly and without a hiccup. To get an honest and skilled negotiator behind you, I would recommend John as an agent that cares. Kind Regards, Nicci O'Hara

I had my property on the market with another agent from January 2015 to May 2015 with little communication, no genuine offers, I believed them when they gave me whatever excuses they provided on why the property wasn't selling. I finally went with Sharnelle from June 1st & the property was sold within 6 weeks. She kept me informed every step of the way, multiple offers & Sharnelle probably would have sold it earlier but there were complications on my behalf, which Sharnelle also helped me with. I have never sold any property before now & I found Sharnelle extremely honest, informative & professional. I STRONGLY recommend Sharnelle James to anyone who is looking or selling. Thank you so much for all your help & advice & if I'm ever in the position to buy again, Sharnelle is the only person I would contact. Contact her, you won't regret it.

John & the Elders team have been magnificent to deal with from day 1! There were never any grey areas, communication & updates were consistent & transparent and most importantly got our property sold when it wasn't looking very promising to move the property on. Thank you John & the team at Elders Shailer Park!!

I was introduced to Nathan over 12mths ago through a friend who had also used Nathan to sell their house in the area with excellent results. He kept in contact and when ready to sell, Nathan gave us a sale price range that was backed by other properties he had sold in the area. He stepped us through the sale process and along with his team assisted us in staging ideas for the house. We were given detailed info from each open house and the follow up feedback from the potential buyers. I would happily recommend Nathan to potential sellers, as the sale of your home is a significant financial transaction and can be a stressful one if not handle professionally. Thanks again to Nathan & the Elders team

John explained everything to us in simple terms and gave us marketing strategies that we hadn't thought of. He was easy to communicate with and listened to and resolved any concerns we had. Using the strategies suggested we got the price we wanted and John kept us informed the whole way through. We were both very happy with John's service and would certainly not hesitate in recommending him. Colin and Sharon
