Working with Nathan was a breeze. He is competent and professional- and most importantly we trusted him to sell our home which was not simply a 'business transaction' for us. Nathan is well known in the Real Estate industry and he lives up to his reputation. We would highly recommend working with Nathan Strudwick.

I would like to thank Nathan for his management and advice regarding the sale of my property in Daisy Hill. His local knowledge has been a proven marketing advantage. Nathan managed the sale process on my behalf in a manner that removed all the stress and anxiety normally associated with a property sale. I strongly recommend Nathan for his integrity and support. She was gave us realistic feedback regarding price range and was prompt with all timeframes. Again, highly recommend her.

Sharnelle James would have to be one of the best Real Estate agents that I have ever dealt with. I initially called Sharnelle requesting information on purchasing an investment property. Sharnelle immediately went into fact finding mode and asked me the pertinent questions so as to hone in on my exact needs. Within weeks Sharnelle had found me exactly what I was looking for. She negotiated for me and we agreed to a price and have since settled. I found Sharnelle to be pleasant, courteous and above all a great communicator. She went the extra mile to ascertain what I wanted and then delivered. I would thoroughly recommend Sharnelle as an agent who understands and doesn't stop until the job is done.
