We purchased our house recently through John and Ben at Elders Shailer Park, and we're really glad we did. Everything was a very smooth process, I use to hate auctions but these guys made everyone feel at ease and have a great time with it! We had been to other auctions and dealt with other agents, and these guys are in a league of their own. It was the only auction I have been to where everyone seemed to laugh the whole way through, there were no egos, and everyone (including other interested buyers) shook the hands of my brother and I, genuinely congratulating us both on our new purchase. We would happily deal with these guys if we had to sell a property or rent one out, we genuinely recommend John and Ben to other interested parties, plus the cupcakes at the end of the day were pretty good too!
