About Janine

You may recognise me as the former Manager of the Malanda Falls Caravan Park. In the nine years my family managed the park, I built a reputation for being a passionate advocate for the Atherton Tablelands, with an excellent understanding of the entire region. I have four young children that attend the local primary and high schools, they are actively involved in sports which gives me a current understanding of what's on offer for families looking to relocate to the area. I enjoy volunteering my time to help at all the community events, I am well respected because of my proven dedication and work ethic. My Real Estate career is very fulfilling. I enjoy working alongside both buyers and sellers helping them achieve their dreams. Selling can be an emotional journey, I am understanding of this and provide a personal service tailored to each individual's needs. My reviews speak highly of me being a genuine, trustworthy and hard working agent, I am ethical and honest. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to raise my family in an idyllic country setting. We live in paradise, there's no doubt about that! Amazing agent

Even though we were the purchases of a property, Janine made it very simple and flawless. If I had to sell a property in the tablelands, I would highly recommend her. Very prompt with follow ups and any questions we had

Genuinely interested in what was important to us.

Janine was so wonderful to work with. Her genuine interest in what we were looking for made the experience so less stressful than it had been previously. She listened to our requests and showed us homes which matched who we were. Her joy in finding people their forever homes was very evident.

Janine was patient & calm with excellent advice...all communication was excellent.

Janine was dealing with my son who was my spokesperson...& he lives in Germany! She handled the time difference very well. Good market knowledge and very professional...I felt in safe hands!

Motivated

Janine goes beyond being a real estate agent. Helpful, willing to go that extra question or that extra possibility to help her clients have a complete understanding of every aspect of the sale. Nothing is too much trouble. Janine always has the clients and/or vendors best interests at heart.
