I was recommended to Shellie Nightingale by a friend as I needed to sell a rural property in Malanda and really had no idea as to who to go too. I had recently lost my husband and was not in a really great state of mind. I found Shellie to be really lovely to deal with, very kind and understanding to my needs and situation. She kept me informed continuously as to who was looking at the property and their comments, so that I could assess the situation. She went out of her way to help me when there needed to be a couple of things attended to on the property, as I live in Cairns and it would have been very difficult for me to get them sorted. Although I had hoped to maybe get a little more for my property than I accepted, it was purely my choice as I just needed the property sold. I thought Shellie did an amazing job and went way beyond her duties as a Real Estate Agent, and I would have no problem recommending here to any potential seller.

I arrived at the sale price from your valuation of the property which was in the range of 240k - 260k I guess I should have done a bit more research regarding the price. Some people thought the sale price of 255k was a give-away considering the booming housing market. Perhaps Shellie could have made a suggestion as to what her thoughts were re sales price.
