Following my gut feeling paid off. Janine was 1 out of 5 to give an appraisal, she was passionate, bubbly, keen, honest and supportive. She gave her professional advise but at the same time listened to what I wanted. I wasn't sure I really wanted to sell, and Janine took that on board.
