As a property investor in the local market i was really pleased to receive a phone call from Michelle saying she might have something coming up that i could be interested in, sure enough Michelle was bang on and the property was exactly what i was looking for to add to my portfolio, just goes to show not only does Michelle have an extensive knowledge of the local realestate and where the market is at but she is also very in touch with the people in the area and has great relationships with buyers and sellers all over the Tablelands. Through out the whole process from viewing the property to negotiating and getting tradesmen in to quote on a few things that needed fixing and even organizing bank evaluations Michelle made it so easy, nothing was a problem and everything asked of Michelle was done straight away and to the highest of standard. I highly recommend Michelle for any real-estate needs and look forward to working with her in the future.
