It was encouraging to work with an agent who was never pushy but let me ‘drive’ the process every step of the way. It is a wonderful thing to have a real estate agent who guides you through the process, from pre-sale to settlement, offering appropriate advice along the way. If you want someone who provides solutions and responds to your calls, then speak to Heath. After listing two homes with Elders, both were sold in a relatively short period after no luck with another real estate agent. Heath worked effectively in selling the properties and consequently more than met my expectations.

When we decided to sell up and downsize we appointed Heath from Elders to be our agent, we found Heath to be very professional and his knowledge of the real estate market especially locally here in SWR outstanding, the photographs and the advertisement of the property on the internet was amazing/brilliant, a well presented portfolio of house and garden. We found that at Elders SWR, they work as a team and if Heath was unavailable his partner Adam would step in and do the inspections, we also found Adam to be extremely professional, pleasant and helpful, and at the finish he clinched the deal.
