We purchased a home via Roslyn in 2021. She answered every call and every question professionally and in a down to earth and personable manner that we found refreshing. Roslyn was very accommodating of our schedule given we were purchasing in Australind and living in Perth so viewings were often outside of ordinary scheduled times which she organised without issue. Even following the sale Roslyn was always contactable and I have called or text her to enquire about property related questions (her recommendations for engineers-we are rennovating the home, settlement agents for our other properties etc) and even though the sale was completed months ago, and my questions were unrelated to that sale, she has taken time out of her schedule to pass along information I have enquired about and check in on how we are enjoying our new home (immensely!). Roslyn absolutely sold our house in a reasonable amount of time. No question. However, I had never sold a house before and was not aware of a pre-sale inspection and was called by Roslyn and quite rudely told that I should have had the keys in etc. I had a tenant in the property and had no idea when I was supposed to have them out by. I was contacted about the sale of the property but not once contacted post sale to thank me for my business or my near $14,000 commission. I wasn't overly happy with the communication from the real estate and specifically felt let down by Roslyn and the team towards settlement (which was postponed due to lack of communication with me).
