We decided to sell in an isolated area of the Southwest and move to Bunbury. Roslyn had been involved in all of our previous dealings so we contacted her with absolute confidence again. As always , her communication , knowledge and professionalism shone. The process began immediately with fantastic photos and descriptions going onto the website. There was immediate interest and viewings. An offer was presented within 2 weeks , $20 000 more than we expected and Roslyn was as pleased as we were. We then needed to find a property in Bunbury , in a very busy market with few listings. Our house was packed and the truck was booked- with no where to go. Several houses were viewed without results. Then with her usual calm manner , Roslyn said "I know a family thinking of selling ..." An hour later I viewed this gorgeous cottage in our dream area , put in an offer which was actually lower than we expected to pay and the rest is history ! Settlement was arranged to coincide with our sale , a short 3 weeks away, which meant there was a lot to do in a short time. Pest and building inspections were arranged promptly , documents signed and communication increased with clear instruction on what needed to be done every step of the way . Even during 7am phone conversations, Roslyn was polite , precise and accommodating. And always with her great sense of humour. Selling, buying and moving house was a joy to share with Roslyn again.
