Troy made the process calm with his professionalism and knowledge of our local market. He was able to advise us with tradesmen who quickly and efficiently corrected some minor maintenance issues that could have delayed the sale. This made the property higher in value at a small cost to us. Our property wasn't on the market but Troy was the property manager for our rental.
