From my first contact with Troy over the phone, to our initial meeting, and my authorising Troy sell the property, my instincts told me that he was trustworthy, honest, and knew his stuff. He explained in easy terms how he appraised the property against what was happening with the market. He was upfront and didn't advise me of an inflated property value and why. Thanks to him I knew what to expect. He explained every step along the way. Nothing was an issue. I could ring at any time with questions. He always took the call or rang back immediately. Troy made immediate contact with me after open house ,or if he showed someone through privately. He kept me up to date with outcomes/feedback and advised me of any offers. He liaised with the buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and anyone he needed to get the sale finalised, all the time keeping me updated. His appraisal was spot on. I'm thankful that I chose Troy to look after the sale of the property for me. From my perspective the process was stress free for which I am grateful. Can't praise Troy enough with the sale of my house. From the initial discussions where we discussed listing, potential sale price, etc through to the open houses & subsequent sale, Troy has been a pleasure to deal with. No heavy sales pitch, just very easy to deal with. We are overjoyed with the sales price achieved and the advice that Troy gave along the way. It would have been easy to undertake minor improvements to help it sell quicker during the process, but Troy gave us honest advice & got the right outcome in a timely manner. Feedback from open houses was always regular and timely.
