Can't praise Troy enough with the sale of my house. From the initial discussions where we discussed listing, potential sale price, etc through to the open houses & subsequent sale, Troy has been a pleasure to deal with. No heavy sales pitch, just very easy to deal with. We are overjoyed with the sales price achieved and the advice that Troy gave along the way. It would have been easy to undertake minor improvements to help it sell quicker during the process, but Troy gave us honest advice & got the right outcome in a timely manner. Feedback from open houses was always regular and timely.
