Rorie was Magnificent. He expended a great amount of energy on the sale of our property. It was as if he had nothing else to do but sell our place. He personally and speedily conducted possibly over 60 potential buyer to the property for viewings even after a difficult neighbour placed obstacles in his way. He did not jeopardise our relationship with this neighbour taking all the problems on as his own. The sale was an enormous success, far exceeding our expected price range. I would recommend Rorie very highly.

When it came time to sell our house it was a very fraught time. It was our family home, where we had brought up our children and had many good times with family and friends.
