I am not the type of person who usually writes reviews but working with Abi over the last 9 mths to find our family dream home just made me smile! Abi was the only agent that stopped long enough to really understand what our family valued, what we really needed most and why. As a big family, we had a very tall order when it came to choosing a house but Abi happily spent time with us exploring options and encouraging us that the right one would eventually come up. And when the right one came up, Abi worked late into the evening to give us time and space to ensure we could put our best foot forward. Sharing a glass of late-night champagne with Abi after signing our contract (complete in my dressing gown and ugg boots! ;) will always be a happy life-long memory for me! Rorie was very helpful, without being pushy. He was available 24/7 - in fact we had a joke about him being ready to answer any queries or being available to give advice. He told us what would enhance our property. We felt that he had both our interests and the buyers interest at heart, which is often not an easy juggle. I would use Rory again for any future real estate dealings.
