We had our Sandy Bay property on the market for 4 months with another Agent, the only offer we had in that time was from an opportunist who wanted to 'steal' the home. We took the property off the market for a couple of months then googled the best Agent for the Sandy Bay area; we found Abi with a 'one a week' record.
