Friendly, honest and efficient.
Leanne made the daunting prospect of purchasing my first home much less daunting. She was friendly and very patient during my multiple viewings of the property and extremely prompt replying to my many email enquiries. I was also purchasing from interstate, which added another layer of complexity to things, but Leanne was able to help explain local regulations and rules and put my mind at ease. She never put the 'hard sell' on me, instead respecting my need to take time to think the purchase through. I would highly recommend seeking out Frank Knight Swansea and Leanne's expertise.

Leanne is a star!
Leanne was fantastic in selling my Tassie place. I live overseas, and Leanne’s ability to manage the sale process and keep me informed at every stage was first class. I’ve bought and sold homes in Australia and overseas, and Leanne is the best real estate agent I’ve dealt with. I’ve referred other Tasmanian friends and relatives to her Swansea agency, and will continue to do so.

Superb Agent
We purchased our sale property from Leanne after spending a long time looking at Property with Leanne. As an agent looking for a buyer she went above and beyond to assist us with exactly what we were looking to purchase. Due to ill health our dream house had to sold, so there was no question who went went to to List our house for sale. During the sale process Leanne was compassionate and understanding. And her negotiational skills got us the desired outcome. Leanne has excellent market knowledge and has very good people skills. If we were to purchase again in the future then Leanne would be my go to person in Swansea. Thank you for assisting us so well, we appreciate your helpfulness and sound advice.

Warren and Jo
Warren was very professional at all times, communication was constant, a good thing for me. Feed back on what people's thoughts were. Warren has a huge drive and passion for his work, that shows at all times. I wish him well and I hope he succeeds in becoming NUMBER ONE in Tasmania again, he deserves it. Jo, didn't have much face to face contact with Jo, she was doing a lot of things behind the seen, phone calls, looking up prices and areas for me. Also very professional.

Just the right agent!
Warren showed us his wealth of knowledge with real estate and guided us to maximise the property's potential sale price. We were kept up to date on the progress of the property sale by Warren and his personal assistant, Jo, whom we were most satisfied with also. The little extras that she offered without hesitation were an added bonus. Their communication skills were exemplary. Fantastic duo to deal with, extremely professional, which we can highly recommend.
