Our first step in planning to move was to find an agent for the sale of our house. In this we were delighted to find that Joanne at PJD had been there when we bought our house 14 years earlier and was even able to show us the promotional material that had been offered when we bought it. She was most helpful in providing us with updates on recent sales and advising the steps to take in preparing the house for sale. Having her look after the final arrangements was a big relief for us and the superb presentation that she organized resulted in a very quick sale at a price above her estimates. We would recommend her for any who need the sale of their house in safe hands as they relocate. She has excellent background knowledge of the Victor Harbor area and is an agent that provides excellent support for both vendors and those looking to purchase.

We purchased a home interstate following 1 viewing. The home had been on the market for a considerable time but it had the size and was located in the desired location we were after. Living interstate we communicated with Bill by phone and email throughout the whole process right up until our settlement (45 days). Whenever we needed to check something in relation to the home or ask any questions Bill either answered the phone or got back to us very quickly. When you are interstate this is what you need. Bill actually dropped into the home on 2 occasions to take photos of the meter box and also to take some measurements we required. These aren't big issues but when you are located in another state you are obviously more reliant on the agent to assist where required and Bill did everything we asked to help everything proceed as smoothly as we would have hoped for. We are thankful for Bill's assistance and would be happy to deal with him again.
