Bill saw us on the Sunday at another property which was ok but not exactly what we were after. Bill followed us up as the property he was appraising later that week thought would suit our needs from what we explained. Did an after hours Inspection without property even being listed & the property ticked all the boxes as we had explained when we met Bill at another property on the Sunday.Bill listened, negoitiated viewing times so we could see property before going Interstate on holidays and matched us to the house perfectly- would highly recommend and the follow up service has been excellent !
