Bill's great strength is his persistence on his client's behalf until an acceptable outcome is reached. This includes his guidance in relation to "unacceptable" offers. In addition Bill targets minimum cost solutions especially in relation to presentation for sale. What I in particular found to be of great value was Bill's ready willingness to go the extra mile, for example the premises Bill recently sold for me was one remote (Victor Harbor) from my daily commute (Adelaide CBD) and it was no trouble at all for Bill to attend to the little things associated with a remote premises for sale which otherwise would either have been neglected or would have caused me to lose time and momentum from my daily CBD involvement
