A Great Agent.
Kerry and I (Neville) found right from our very first encounter with Bill Harvey on the phone enquiring about the land at Terry Way, at Clayton Bay, to be friendly, curtious and respectful at all times we needed to connect with him in regards to the property. He answered all our questions, no matter how incidental they may have been, and explained things in a clear, understanding manner no matter our ignorance, as this is a first time for us in this situation. If there was anything we didn't quite understand, he was and still is willing to help us through the process. He explains all things properly so that we got it. Even asked us, so that he knew we understood it. Bill treated us as a friend and business partner every step of the way. Even now he wants us to keep him informed all the way. He gave us lots of advice pertaining to our part of the process, to check everything out properly and not to just go ahead without all things being understood fully.. We were so grateful that Jo was able to sell our fathers house so quickly. This enabled him to move to more appropriate accommodation for his needs. Trevor and I found Bill to be both professional and very approachable. He gave us plenty of time to look around the property and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Bill was working for the owner of the property but definitely had our interests at heart. He was extremely easy to talk to and we felt very comfortable. We think Bill is a real asset to Elders and we have recommended him to friends and family.
