Bill saw us on the Sunday at another property which was ok but not exactly what we were after. Bill was the perfect agent! As we were selling my father's home for him as he entered new living arrangements, Bill was an amazing support as we live and work in Adelaide. We believed that selling at a distance and being generally time-poor was going to prove to be a problem. However, we employed Bill as our agent which was a brilliant decision. He was realistic and accurate with the valuation, timeline and what was required to present the home. Dad was needing to have a fairly prompt sale but also gain the very best return for his house. Bill was committed to achieving these goals and worked professionally and tirelessly to support us all.
