Joanne provided clear and helpful information on all of my questions acting with integrity and honesty at all times. She facilitated an extra contact on the premises enabling measurements to be undertaken. There were no surprises to be had and the company were quick to follow up with assistance in offering conveyancers for my choosing. The property was disclosed as advertised with no hidden surprises. This sale has been what I would expect from an outer metropolitan office firm that clearly has a sense of community and regard for its reputation. Jo has a manner that is affable and engaging and I would expect that she is the type of professional who would stop you in the street to chat about your wellbeing and show interest in your contentment with the property.
