First class service!
We made the tough decision between two local agents who presented very similar scenarios for the sale of our property. We chose who we felt would best represent our home and couldn’t be happier with the result. Joanne’s knowledge of the local market was spot on and we were able to achieve a result in excess of our expectations within two weeks and all done and dusted in 3 private inspections and settled in a month. Couldn’t have been made any easier for us. As a result we were able to fast track our future plans. We can’t thank Joanne and her team enough. 5 stars

It was almost TOO Easy!

A pleasure to deal with
Joanne was so easy to deal with and so patient with mum as we navigated selling her home. Joanne was empathetic as we were selling the family home for mum to be in a care facility, an emotional time which was handled respectfully. In thanks we hosted a Pizza Lunch for Jo, Matt and Julie at our home after a successful sale.
Jo, Matt and Julie were helpful from our first meeting. We had watched surrounding home sales under Jo's team, and noted the advertised price was on or close to the sale price. Always encouraging, and more than once a phone call to check on how we were travelling. We found Jo and Matt polite, punctual, and we felt totally comfortable leaving our home in their care during opens and inspections.
