He was genuine, helpful and communicative from the our very first open for inspection to the day we settled. I can honestly recommend Jonathan with extreme confidence and I have no doubt that anyone else would feel the same after meeting with him. Throughout my experience with selling my home I felt that I built a relationship with a person I would be more than happy to know for the rest of my life. Jonathan has a true passion for what he does that extends beyond just doing his job and this is exactly what you want from an agent because he truly cares about getting you the result you dream of and he is like a dog with a bone, a really big bone..... In building what I feel is an extremely important relationship what stood out the most was that Jonathan is unique in many ways. He has a work ethic that is one of the strongest I have ever known and he really proved this to me in so many ways that this review page probably isn't long enough for me to write down. In fact the experience felt like it wasn't real at times, could I really find someone who gave me everything.... and by the end... when it came to paying Jonathan I was more than happy because he had truly worked harder than any agent could barely even imagine to work. I actually met Jonathan through looking at other houses before I was in a position to buy. He rang me off a very long list of people who were at a very big open house that he already had offers on so he was already in sold territory but he was still working hard. During our conversation I told him I wasn't ready to buy, really liked the house but couldn't put in an offer yet and he still spent half an hour chatting with me and I was very impressed at the work he was doing for his client and in that call he managed to grab another client because his work ethic was clear cut. I have used Jonathan for two property sales and I might sound like I am going on but if you do have any dealings with him you will get the proof and understanding that he is clearly one of the best if not the very very best agent you could ever deal with.
