I had quotes from three agents to sell land in Mt Eliza, the first didn’t even bother to meet me, on or off the block, the second quoted what I thought at the time was a ridiculous selling price and then there was Jonathan Rivett from Eview who met me on the block was up front, extremely helpful, honest & reasonable in terms of expectations about selling and sale price. I felt completely comfortable from the beginning & knew he’d be easy to deal with and make the process as painless as possible. In the end the block was advertised and sold within 4 days. Amazing.
