First of all, I would like to thank all the colleagues in your company for their hard work. However, I have to say that my experience of renting a house in this company for the first time was very bad. From the very beginning when my quotation was confirmed, I found that it was your staff who gave the quotation to the landlord wrongly, and then telling me that I could get the keys in advance was another wrong message. I have never tried to drive myself to pick up the keys on the day of check-in. When I was told that there needed to be some checks or termite control work, I told you that I needed to work and no one was at home, and you could enter by yourself. You told me that I had to be at home by myself. I think you haven't solved the problem for the client, but keep creating problems. Since the houses I rented before usually didn't have such situations, I hope you can develop better and truly solve problems for the owners and clients. thank you

Efficient and systematic with property management. Clear instructions and seamless customer experience particularly with connecting utilities. Only negative was that deposit had to be paid within 24 hour to secure the unit when the lease agreement was issued late evening which caused a lot of stress.
