Good communication. I wasn’t able to attend a viewing for the open house due to work. Staff helped me greatly with a video and sent it to me on the day. The property manager was very honest and forthcoming with any concerns and questions I had and was very honest with any issues relating to the property. It’s very rare to come across a realestate and it’s staff who actually have the tenants best interest at heart just as much as the property owner.

I'd been dealing with a lot of real estate people while trying to find a unit to rent. Most, basically, don't care. It's a numbers game. I found Rochelle at Elevate very easy to talk to when I met her. Elevate kept me up to date regarding my application and, after my successful application, were very good at organising the process until I moved in. Faith is now looking after my tenancy and I've found her great too. Very quick to reply to messages etc. I'd recommend Elevate to anyone looking for a new place to rent.
