Lovely real estate, very fast and efficient
We had a very enjoyable experience moving into our new apartment. The team at elevate were very attentive and prompt with everything that needed organising prior to our move in. Their communication was very considerate, including all the necessary information we needed before moving in and made us feel excited and comfortable to move into our new home. We would definitely recommend Elevate Residential to anyone looking for a personable real estate who care about their tenants.

Exceptional Service
I highly recommend Elevate Residential to anyone wanting excellent Property Management Services that also helps those in need. While the service is top tier from all team members that I have had dealings with, special mention must go to Faith Williams who has proven to be a one in a million agent who manages with heart, genuine care and noticeable expertise in her field. The level of service Faith provides is surprisingly more then I have experienced from any other agent. If you want the best - she is it.

Excellent service from Faith and the team at elevate
Faith is an excellent property manager, very knowledgeable and experienced in the local rental market. Shes able to provide me with accurate and up-to-date information on my rental property Additionally, she’s been responsive and communicative. She always promptly answers my calls and emails, keeping me informed about any updates or changes to my property. Not only that, she’s also been available to address any concerns or issues I’ve had with the rental property. The team at Elevate and Faith especially have been professional, ethical, and trustworthy. They’ve acted in my best interests as a landlord and have ensured that all transactions and interactions are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Faith Williams has met and exceeded all expectations, she has been an excellent property manager.

Outstanding service and professionalism
Elevate is managing three properties for us and we couldn't be happier. On top of that you are dealing with a non-for profit organisation which distributes 100% of its profits from commissions to charity to help those in need of safe and affordable housing. Couldn’t recommend more highly
I have enjoyed dealing with Elevate from the start. I wanted to ‘set and forget’ my rental property, and that is how it turned out. Communication is prompt and direct. Problems, when they happen, always have solutions. I have confidence in their advice about who is a quality tenant because it always proves right. I like the frank and detailed inspection reports too.

Make the switch
I was drawn to Elevate for ethical reasons supporting their mission to create grass roots opportunities for people in need of safe and affordable housing. I found that but much more - a slick operation who beautifully managed the re-leasing of my property they achieved a great rental return with great tenants. A refreshing eye for detail and follow through. So glad I made the switch.

Everything is taken care of
I highly rate Paige and the Elevate team. I highly recommend Paige and the Elevate team. Very knowledgeable and friendly, no task or request is a problem. I have bounced around many agents/companies for my properties over 20 years and Elevate is the only agent to make the process easy and worry free.
