Jordan and I continually crossed paths over a period of time. It was clear to me that he was either stalking me, or we simply enjoyed the same coffee from the same cafe. As luck would have it, our listing contract with another Agent had expired and despite our decision to take the property off the market, Jordan called, as he had a cash buyer who had missed out on another waterfront property. Before we knew it, the property was sold and we were cashed up. Great job Jordan!

We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Julie to sell your home. Ours was a very quick sale, just a single open day and two full asking price offers, you couldn't ask for better than that. Julie has been in the Real Estate business a long time and that is evident straight away, she is so professional in her manner, allows you make your own decisions without pressuring you one way or the other.

We can not rate Jordan high enough. We found him very easy to deal with, on the ball and nothing was too much trouble. He dealt with us at every step of the sale, not passing us off to his assistants. Every time we met with him he was always the same very friendly and at no time did we feel pressured during the sales process.
