It was hard to see how anyone was going to buy our property with all of this going on. No open homes, no live auctions and lots of doom and gloom. Jordan constantly reassured us that we had the right property and he would find the right buyer. It took just 3 more weeks and we had another cash contract and this time for quite a bit more than the original one! What a turnaround. Jordan was constantly in contact throughout the whole process and was easy to approach and easy to work with through the whole process. His admin staff were also professional and prompt and nothing was too much trouble. It's a shame your rating only goes up to 5 as Jordan was more a 6 or 7.

We chose Elite Lifestyle Properties after interviewing three agents. All were good but we choose ELP because Julie was easy to talk to, she had local knowledge, she listened to our requirements and did not try and push us in a different direction. The marketing plan was straight forward and affordable and finally the commission rate was realistic and not over the top. We put our canal property on the market with Elite Lifestyle Properties at the same time as the 2019 Federal election. So it was tough going initially. Over the course of 6 months we had many people through the property and had four parties sign contracts. Three of these failed to get funding approval but the last contract went through without any issues. Throughout the long process Julie remained positive, engaged and supportive. We were very pleased with the outcome and also in having chosen an Agent who worked with us through the process.

I liked Julie instantly when I was looking for a house to buy as she had a very warm and down to earth personal touch. She was enthusiastic and helpful and above all knew what mattered to me.
