A fantastic selling experience

If you are selling your property in TSV it has to be Glenda
Glenda was very professional and knowledgeable. When I first met her I was 100% convinced that Glenda can sell my property with the best outcome for us. At the very first glance she knew what are the key selling points of our house. If anyone is considering selling their house in Townsville please do yourself a favour and have a chat with Glenda.

A great experience!

an amazing and honest lady to work with
I had been looking at purchasing a new house for a couple of years and bumped into Glenda on a few occasions during my property search. The house Glenda showed me through were always well presented and her honesty shone through… add to that her opens were always busy! When it came to selling my house, Glenda was on a very short list of agents I was excited to work with. I chose Glenda for so many reasons: Her honest approach, her impeccable presentation, her ideas for the sale of my property, the marketing strategy pricing was excellent, and every open that Glenda had held that I had attended all seemed to attract a large crowd of genuine, potential buyers. I was originally under the impression that my property was worth a certain amount. Glenda came through and gave me a list of tips and tricks to attract the right kind of buyer and some maintenance tips I had not even considered. She recommended some companies to get my property to best possible state it could be in, and thanks to Glenda we achieved well over and above my price expectations! And the property sold at first open with multiple offers! Once the sale was complete Glenda was still around and offering any assistance and advice she could, she did not simply disappear into the distance. Please do yourself a favour and meet with Glenda if you are thinking of selling your property, listen to her advice, and you will not regret it!

As the Sellers' Agent we consider that Glenda went out of her way to facilitate inspection .
Glenda kept us informed of the state of the market and the fact that other offers were being submitted. Once our offer had been accepted Glenda facilitated possession prior to settlement when the sale of our previous property was delayed. In the hopefully unlikely event we need to sell this property we would gladly engage Glenda as our agent.
