When everyone else was telling us it would take 6 - 9 months to sell a house in Deeragun, Glenda was saying she felt certain our house would sell relatively quickly. Well relatively quickly was after the 8th week! With her guidance we set a realistic price which all visitors agreed was acceptable. Glenda was extremely positive every time we met and she worked hard at making our house as visible as possible in all forms of media. We had four open houses and everyone who went through it was surprised and complimentary about the standard of the house and yard. The key was having it immaculate at all times, getting rid of all the excess clutter and removing everything of a personal nature from view so that the house looked relatively new and clean and prospective buyers could visualise their lifestyle if living there. It was a clean slate for anyone viewing it. We were very happy with Glenda's efforts to sell.
