We have used Glenda twice now to sell two completely different homes she gave us honest advice on how to prepare the homes fos sale which resulted in around 10 percent more return than competitors would have got us. Don't let them sell off market although this may be saving you a couple of thousand dollars in the get go you will lose out tens of thousands in the sale. A lot of realestate agents are selling off market because the demand is there and it saves them having to work, their commission doesn't change much on say a $420k sale compared to a $460k sale. But for you that's $35k in your pocket after marketing fees and some cosmetic improves.
