Perfect experience!

I was told never to trust a real estate agent and as a single woman I was ready to be taken for a ride by which ever agent I chose to sell my house during my divorce proceedings. I met Richard as my ex husband was buying his new house from him and as English was his second language he asked me to make sure his agent was doing right by him.
