The whole experience was excellent.
I was confident with Ella from the first meeting. They listened to my needs and gave professional feedback. They were particularly helpful with ideas to present the dwelling. The final negotiation with the buyer was done very well. There were many elements other than price and I was guided on what I should provide. Settlement inspection was easy and everything concluded with the minimum of fuss.
