Excellence - market leading agent for a reason!
Exceptional experience buying from Ella. The property we purchased had high levels of interest and after communicating our genuine interest to Ella at the first open home, she worked tirelessly to help us secure our dream home within 1.5 weeks of listing. Ella was very transparent throughout the process, incredibly responsive and has a great understanding and feel for the local market. Ella doesn't engage in hype and her enthusiasm is genuine. We always felt that she took time to listen to us and respond thoughtfully, and with respect. The sale of our beloved family home was always going to be challenging… .
Ella instinctively knew that the sale of our family home was going to be very emotional. To sell the home that Mum & Dad built 54 years ago was challenging to say the least. Every brick, every shadow, every plant has a story. Ella was patient and kind and showed a level of respect for my 81 year old mother that went far beyond professionalism. She cares about family, memories & traditions. She understood the importance of privacy to Mum. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and informed. Nothing was a problem. A very bittersweet journey that was dealt with by Ella as if she were selling her own home. She made the experience as easy and smooth as it could possibly be and we are very grateful x

Annabelle's attention to detail was great in the lead-up to our sale. She sorted all loose threads necessary to ensure the marketing campaign cast a wide net and our house presented fantastically to respective buyers. At each step, Annabelle kept us up to date on progress and was clear in giving feedback to keep us informed and help with decision making. And the proof is in the pudding.
