After an excruciatingly frustrating nine months on the market with a great deal of interest but not a single offer, we decided to give Ellie a call to see if she and her team could help us. We were quickly getting to the point where we were beginning to believe that our property was defective in some way, then Ellie came along with her fresh eyes and convinced us that our home was in fact both beautiful and desirable. Her optimism and enthusiasm was infectious. In addition, she knew, and had no doubt whatsoever that she was going to sell our house. She declared to us on several occasions, in no uncertain terms “I can’t wait to sell your beautiful home; I am so excited!”. We believed her and rightly so. We even joked with her the day before we switched to Ellie Jean Real Estate that it would be awesome if she could sell our house before Christmas. She responded “Just call me Santa”. Hence our title! Two days and four inspections after her sign went up, we received two offers, and the following day she received a call from a third party also wanting to place an offer but by then the property had sold. It was an incredible result, and we couldn’t be happier. Ellie and her team, Sally, Karess and Andrea are all very warm, friendly, genuine, ethical people whose professionalism inspired the utmost confidence. We also loved the creativity of the advertising and the complimentary photo shoot, floor plan, drone shots and virtual tour. Ellie definitely possesses a passion for what she does and maybe this is the secret to her success. She certainly has a special x-factor that we think makes her stand out from other real estate agents. If you’re thinking of selling you would be remiss to not seriously consider taking advantage of Ellie’s exceptional talents and qualities.

On meeting Ellie she became more than an agent, she became a friend.
Ellie arranged a private inspection to suit me. When meeting at the property Ellie was well informed about the property and the neighbourhood. She was able to tell me if the neighbours were owner occupied or renters which was important to me. Ellie went above and beyond with her communication, she was always available when I needed advice or when I had questions. She kept me informed every single step along the way. Ellie's presentation and professionalism was nothing short of perfect. Ellie made the whole purchase of my new home an absolute pleasure.
