About Ellie

Hi, I am Ellie Jean, the Principal of this exciting agency, with the goal of challenging the status quo and raising the level of service in real estate on the Gold Coast. I grew up in a real estate environment, however I was more of a ‘creative’, and decided to go off to art college. I am qualified and experienced in Concept Art and Interactive Digital Media, as well as having extensive knowledge in Graphic Design, Photography and Videography. Over the years however, I have never lost my love of real estate. I see the true beauty in a home and find nothing more fulfilling than matching somebody with their dream property. I invest heavily in the creative process and believe in the benefit of preparation and planning when marketing a property. Attending to the small details, and later reflecting on the big difference made by doing so, is a source of satisfaction to me personally.

It didn’t take me long to realise that I was passionate about property. Having worked in many facets of the industry for much of my working life, I benefit from a broad understanding of the marketplace. My love of real-estate is twofold, I find it exhilarating to achieve fantastic results and exceed expectations, and it is also fundamentally important to me personally that my clients feel supported, informed and basically ‘in good hands’ throughout the entire journey. I want each client to be a repeat client and I look after each one as I would my own family. I take a collaborative approach to the sales process and enjoy my clients being as involved as they wish. You offered a lesser commission than the norm and covered the considerable advertising expenses. In the end, yours was the only agency that brough through people who made offers. For the first 14 months there were lookers but no offers were made. It seems that you qualified your prospects excellently.

If you asked me to describe Ellie I would use the words Professional, Knowledgeable, Bubbly and someone who always answers your calls or if she is busy calls back quickly.
