Stress Free Property Sale
I recently sold a property using the services of Natalie Zulian , EZ Maroubra Beach . Natalie was understanding of my expectations and advised me of the most suitable way to market the property to reach the best outcome. Her knowledge of recent sales in the area of similar properties was invaluable. Natalie kept me well informed during the entire campaign of interest on inspection days , social media and her data base . More importantly, I was grateful for all her honest feedback from all those who inspected . The end result , through Natalie’s professionalism, determination and hard work , was a pleasing sale price that was negotiated before auction . Working with Natalie made the whole process stress free.

Professional and Driven
We are very happy with the attention, hard work and commitment Josh put in to sell our home. We found him to be personable, honest and trustworthy. He was always available when we needed him and he made the effort to see us in person to discuss what was happening. He was upfront with feedback and market updates across our campaign. The energy and hunger to get buyers through the door was strong all the time. He made us feel comfortable throughout the process and is still working with us as we transition into the next stage.
