Very Satisfied Customer!
Natalie, Josh and Raylean did a fantastic job of selling our Maroubra home. (They also sold our previous property, achieving record price). Selling our Maroubra home
We had an incredible experience with Josh & the team. From initial conversation to sale there was no hard sales pitch, constant communication and just a really great way of doing business. A respectful, enjoyable sale.
The experience certainly exceeded expectations. We didn't know Natalie prior, and so really valued the time Natalie took to understand our property, the value in the property and the type of sale approach we were most comfortable with. Natalie took our view and married it up with her knowledge and expertise of this market. The result being a well executed, enjoyable and transparent sale. Substandard communicator
Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with this agent being rude and with poor communications. As the market turns from being so demand driven with vendor agents dictating terms, at times with arrogance, to one rewarding support and encouragement toward buyers, a different approach to those buyers will be needed to secure the most interest and best results.
