Excellent Property Management
Our properties are always occupied with only a week and sometimes less between a tenant moving out and a new tenant moving in. This is important to me and my partner as the rental properties are our only source of income. The properties are inspected regularly and we are always invited to attend these inspections if we wish. If anything at a property isn't functioning as it should and the tenant reports it to Tennille Mugridge we are informed immediately so that we can repair or replace whatever is causing the problem without delay. We appreciate professionalism of Tennille and her team at Empire in the way they communicate with us on matters regarding our properties.

Excellent Service
Hi, We recently moved to the property managed by Empire Property and really impressed right from the inspection date till we moved it and post we moved it too. We were impressed with the knowledge and other aspects of the deal . Post moving we had certain maintenance which was resolved so quick and never experienced so far. Really happy with the property and the services provided by Empire and would definitely recommend

Very Profesional Organisation with great Communication
We had a great experience with the Empire Property Management Co after being away fron the rental market for over 15 years. The profesional manner they ran our whole expereince from application to receivng the keys for the house made it very easy for our family. As first-time landlords, Georgie and Tennille have made everything feel easy and well-supported from day one. Their communication has been fantastic, the launch of our property was handled beautifully and the ingoing inspection was incredibly thorough. The platforms they use are user friendly and every trade they’ve recommended has been high quality and reliable. Daisy’s communication when we called into the office was also excellent and really added to the positive experience. The whole team is friendly, approachable and genuinely great to deal with. We love working with them and the service and pricing for our property have been excellent.
