Our properties are always occupied with only a week and sometimes less between a tenant moving out and a new tenant moving in. This is important to me and my partner as the rental properties are our only source of income. The properties are inspected regularly and we are always invited to attend these inspections if we wish. If anything at a property isn't functioning as it should and the tenant reports it to Tennille Mugridge we are informed immediately so that we can repair or replace whatever is causing the problem without delay.
